Designed by Fletcher Priest and managed by CORE, 6 Bevis Marks comprises 160,000 sq ft of office space together with 12,000 sq ft of retail on the ground floor. The 16th floor rooftop landscaped gardens will be available exclusively to occupiers of the building, and Axa said it is in discussions to bring a major new restaurant operator to the building. The development is set to achieve a “BREEAM” ‘Excellent’ rating.
Axa Real Estate is developing the scheme in conjunction with MGPA and Hypothekenbank on behalf of its Real Estate Opportunities Fund II, a pan-European opportunity fund. MGPA’s investment has been made on behalf of MGPA Europe Fund III.
