Harbour Exchange Shows the Way

Gryphon Property Partners advised Clearbell on the purchase of 3, 4 and 5 Harbour Exchange in February of 2014. Since then Gryphon and Knight Frank began the letting of 3 Harbour Exchange, E14 and there has been a considerable interest in the building.

The Clearbell concept for enhancing the property for occupiers has proved to be an attractive offer; they will be embarking upon major refurbishment of the building. This will include remodelling of the landscape, a new reception, enhanced common areas and refurbishment of office floors. This will bring an uplifting feel to an existing modern building. where we are already receiving a good number of serious enquiries. So far, we have let 6,235 sq ft on the part 3rd floor, there is 4,200 sq ft under offer on the part 5th floor and we have negotiations underway with two further parties for space within the building.

3 Harbour Exchange is a ten storey building which boasts stunning views of the Thames, Thames Barrier, O2 and Canary Wharf. It has easy access to the DLR, providing quick access to Canary Wharf, City of London and City Airport from South Quay station.

We are currently marketing the following floors:
