Increasing demand for office space in Bristol

Being less than two hours from London Paddington is its transport hub Temple Meads Station enables contacting clients and businesses in London more efficient.

This is reinforced by the opening of Brunel’s ‘Engine Shed’, a state of the art facility located next to Temple Meads Station and seen as a major development to encourage business and investment into the thriving innovation and creativity sectors, as well as attracting a generation of high growth businesses.

Continuing on the drive for new business and investment the developer Verve Properties has just taken on Brew House, in the City Centre close to Cabot Circus. Verve believe this “is a further sign of the improving commercial property market”. This 25,000 sq ft building has the potential to provide flexible office space to a conventional market once a full refurbishment has been completed.

The knock on effect of this development is the availability of the serviced office market. For such an increase in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market, serviced offices are always likely to succeed. We are currently developing our knowledge of the serviced office market in Bristol and making an effort to get in touch with local providers to discuss their offering. This will enable the serviced office team at Gryphon Property Partners to answer any questions and provide some advice on any enquiries we receive.

With major serviced office providers opening new centres in the City in the coming months, Bristol is now getting the attention it deserves. This was personified by the recent Bristol Business Exhibition, hosted at Ashton Gate, which saw more than 500 delegates and 100 businesses attend. The networking event is designed to educate SME’s on accounting, wed design, social media, etc.

To get a better feel of the area and the availability, we are visiting the local providers to get their insight and opinion on the market. If you have any questions regarding serviced offices in Bristol please get in touch.
