It has been a busy few weeks and months inside the offices of Gryphon Property Partners. All markets seem to be on the rise and a number of deals are close to completing. 

Our city office disposals are showing lots of interest, along with taking on new disposals in recent weeks. Our serviced office desk seems to be fully up and running and a number of deals are expected to close in the coming weeks. 

Disposal Deals

Our letting disposal at Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street, EC4 has been the most prolific in recent weeks (as pictured).

We have currently three deals across two floors under offer; ·        

  • ·         Part 5th floor – 2,432 sq ft
    ·         Part 7th floor – 2,016 sq ft 
    ·         Part 7th floor – 2,809 sq ft

Just leaving us with the 8th floor (4,800sq ft) and part 2nd floor (1,944 sq ft) the quoting rent for each being mid/late £50’s and late £40’s respectively. 
          

 Offices to Let

We have recently been instructed to market the sub-lease on the 1st floor at 9 Cloak Lane. The current sub-lease runs until 2016 but a new lease may be available on application. The floor is 3,621 sq ft quoting £50 sq ft.

Serviced Offices 

This time of year in the London serviced office market is always a frantic time. Lots of clients decide they want to get sorted for the New Year as soon as possible to enjoy the festive season. We at Gryphon Property Partners are no different. We are seeing a real increase in leads and opportunities in the City. We are close on a number of City deals expecting to close in the coming weeks. The West End is also seeing a significant rise in demand, with new centres opening now and in the New Year there seems to be a lot more competition, which is only going to increase in the coming years.
