Office Group launches entrepreneurs initiative

Design-led co-working and private office space provider The Office Group has launched TOG Futures Angel, an initiative to help local entrepreneurs and creatives in London find their feet by providing them with professional office space.

The launch coincides with the opening of Angel Square, Islington, the latest addition to The Office Group portfolio.

As part of a big hello to the neighbourhood, The Office Group is giving away a handful of co-working memberships totally free of charge for six months through the TOG Futures programme.

A stone’s throw from the tube station and buzz of Upper Street, Angel Square has secure bike storage, shower facilities, kitchens and lots of open space for informal meetings. As well as benefiting from a smart, beautifully-designed place to work, successful applicants will be instantly connected to The Office Group’s community of 7,000 members and 2,000 companies.

TOG Futures has been created by The Office Group to explore the future of the workplace: driving innovation and finding new ways to help businesses and their employees realise their potential. Successful applicants will therefore spend a small amount of time collaborating on a project that will help change the way we all work together.

Olly Olsen, Co-CEO of The Office Group, said: “We remember how hard it was to start The Office Group, so it’s important to us to help local young people kick-start their businesses. At the same time, they can blaze a trail and get a name for themselves by helping to design how future generations interact in the workplace. I can’t wait to meet them.”
