Gryphon Property Partners have been working closely with Regus, the market leader in serviced offices, in recent months to assist in the marketing of their Services Office Centres.
The Gryphon team, jointly with Regus, launched their new building at New London House on 6th March. Due to the success of the launch, Gryphon Property Partners were asked to assist on the re-launch of a number of Regus buildings in Victoria.
Victoria provides a hub of business for Regus, having a number of buildings within short distance of Victoria rail station. The launch took place at 111 Buckingham Palace Road, home to the Telegraph Media Group, on the morning of 18th June.
West End Agents were invited to view the available office space and discuss the upcoming availability in a number of Regus’ surrounding serviced offices. Turnout was good with over 100 agents inspecting.

The four buildings are available for immediate occupation; they provide clients flexible terms and a variety of pricing levels, depending on the need of the requirement.
