Serviced office market overview
12th November 2013
In recent weeks, Gryphon Property Partners have been expanding their serviced offices portfolio. Working closely with a number of serviced office providers in Central London we aim to add another string to our bow.
We are always looking to add more buildings and options to our website so that we can provide a comprehensive analysis of office space in London.
Working with all the major providers we are looking to seek out the more independent providers to be able to give clients a more comprehensive availability.
Serviced offices provide a fantastic flexible solution for many companies of all sectors. Ideal for SME, they provide a fully inclusive service that will allow clients to work more efficiently and concentrate on more important matters.
There are a number of different serviced office providers acting in Central London, all of which market and package their offerings in different ways. They all offer fully inclusive packages which means they make the office move and setup very simple. They provide you with all your day to day services you would need to run your office. All packages can be tailored to fit your individual needs.
Serviced offices are located in many different areas of London but the main hubs tend to be in the City (EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4), Midtown (WC1, WC2) and the West End (W1). Within these areas you will find all styles, designs, sizes and layouts to appease your tastes. Although for most people their main driving factor is price. The West End is by far the most expensive area in general, there are some deals to be found but City offices do tend to provide the most cost effective competition.
In the coming weeks we will look to explore these postcodes in more detail, giving you an idea of what each has to offer. Things like transport links, types of business, landmarks, shopping and an idea of restaurants and bars/pubs.
