Standard Life fills up 60 Gresham Street

Standard Life Investments has leased the entire fifth floor of 60 Gresham Street, EC2, to credit risk analytics consultancy 4mostEurope.

The global consultancy has signed a 10-year lease on 4,118 sq ft, paying in excess of £70 per sq ft. The move represents an expansion of the firm’s office space in London.

The letting means the 58,093 sq ft building is now fully let to occupiers including Trium Investment Management and serviced office provider i2 Offices.

Prior to the letting, the floor was refurbished with a metal tile suspended ceiling, LED lighting and bike storage.

The asset is held in Standard Life’s Pooled Pension Property Fund.
