control of Ventia and its assets with immediate effect giving the enlarged
group 25 business centres and over 2,500 workstations in central London.
The Boutique Workplace
Company will also retain Ventia’s 35-strong staff including director Dan
Wheble.
David Hall, managing
director of The Boutique Workplace Company said: “Ventia’s reputation and
standing within the industry allows The Boutique Workplace Company to
capitalise on its existing properties and trusted brand. Its established
track-record in acquiring desirable office space at the right price and in the
right location will serve to complement our on-going strategy.”
“The synergy between
the two companies is undeniable as both businesses look to provide quality,
bespoke serviced office space within central London,” he added.
The purchase of Ventia
will catapult The Boutique Workplace Company into one of the leading service
office operators within the capital and will provide a perfect platform for
further expansion.
Steve Baker, founding
director of Ventia commented: “We are delighted to have agreed to sell Ventia
to The Boutique Workplace Company. It is a really great brand and culture fit,
and I look forward to seeing the company go onwards and upwards building from a
solid base.”

2009 Ventia has grown its portfolio to 23 business centres with over 2,500
