Land Securities has signed a
45,000 sq ft pre-let with The Office Group at 20 Eastbourne Terrace in London.
The flexible workspace
provider will take eight floors of the 18-storey building on a 20 year lease
when its refurbishment is completed in April.
Kaela Fenn-Smith, head of
commercial at Land Securities, said: “The flexible space The Office Group
offers will be beneficial to our current and future customers in Eastbourne
Terrace.”
20 Eastbourne Terrace is
located next to Paddington station and comprises 92,000 sq ft of office space.
The refurbishment was designed by Fletcher Priest with Stiff & Trevillion
architects.
The revamped building includes
a café and business lounge at ground floor, a 2,000 sq ft roof garden on level
17 and other facilities including cycle spaces, showers and changing
rooms.
Charlie Green, co-chief
executive at The Office Group, said the firm had acquired more than 300,000 sq
ft of space in 2015.
