VENTIA LTD MAKES SUNDAY TIMES VIRGIN FAST TRACK 100 FOR SECOND YEAR RUNNING

For a second year running Ventia Ltd has joined the ranks of this year’s Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100. Placed at number 43 Ventia is delighted to receive this prestigious accolade once again.

The nineteenth annual Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 league table was published today, Sunday 6 December. The renowned league table ranks Britain’s top 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years.

Director Dan Wheble comments, ‘We are really excited to be included in the Fast Track 100 for a second time. We have had another great year and enjoy being part of something that recognises the importance of private businesses and entrepreneurs. It is a real honour to have our hard work and determination as a business recognised.’

Ventia’s sound financial performance over the last three years is one of the factors which secured Ventia its place in this year’s Fast Track. This year its financial results showed a healthy turnover of £9.2 million and a net profit of £2.2 million.

Last month Ventia was also awarded the Nectar Small Business Award of the Year 2015.

Founded by Dan Wheble and Steve Baker in 2009, both are veterans of the industry with over twenty years of experience. Ventia looks to take serviced offices to the next level in providing quality, bespoke ‘boutique’ serviced offices.

Ventia now has a portfolio of 23 boutique business centres with some 2,500 workstations, mainly focused in Central London. This year Ventia has secured an additional three sites in Central London.
