Scope:

Growing law firm Jury O’Shea purchased the freehold at 7-9 Breams Buildings, just off Chancery Lane, from our client, The Royal College of Emergency Medicine (“RCEM”).  The building will be refurbished by Jury O’Shea and become its new City HQ. The price paid was c.£3.56m.    

Gryphon acted for the vendor, RCEM, who had occupied the building previously, before consolidating into its main premises at Octavia House, Southwark.
