The Monument Building, located in the heart of the City of London, creates a stunning backdrop to The Monument, the famous landmark that commemorates the Great Fire of London in 1666. The ten-storey building was designed to meet the BREEAM excellent environmental standard. It has a green roof, solar panels and an intelligent lighting control system. One of its most striking features is the twisting fins on its south side, made from anodised aluminium. The 69 fins create a signature pattern and are designed to shade the building from heat gain.
The part 3rd floor is available and comprises 4,823 sq ft of fitted space. The accommodation has a couple of meeting rooms as well as phone booths and a large kitchen with plenty of breakout space.
The public transport connectivity is excellent, as it is just outside Monument Station, and lies within a short walk from Bank, Cannon Street, Tower Hill, London Bridge, Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street Stations, providing access to the London Underground (Central, Waterloo and City, Northern, DLR, District, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines), Thames Link, London Overground, National Rail and the Elizabeth Line.
