Serviced office provider Targetspace has signed a 10-year lease at Lion Court in Holborn, London. Paying £42.50 per sq ft, Targetspace will occupy 19,000 sq ft on three floors of the five-storey building. The 280 workstation property, located at 25 Procter Street, WC1, will become Targetspace's fifth London based office and a flagship centre following a full refurbishment programme of the three floors.Targetspace MD Stephen Finnegan said: "We are extremely pleased to have signed on this fantastic building, in such a prime location - Lion Court is close to both the City and the West End and is well serviced by the London Underground, being only minutes’ walk to Holborn station which is ideal. We also look forward to growing our relationship with The National Housing Federation."The three floors as well as the reception area will be fully refurbished to a very high standard to meet the expectation of serviced office clients in the area and we look forward to welcoming new occupiers to Lion Court in the very near future." Simon Charlick from The National Housing Federation added: “The Federation will be continuing to use the remainder of the building as its Head Office and we are looking forward to working alongside Targetspace in such great facilities.”The refurbishment will be completed by the end of March 2014.
