Scope:
Gryphon were retained by CRUK to identify options for their new HQ whilst negotiating an exit from their current offices in Angel. This involved sourcing potential options and liaising with space planners to produce a shortlist. Ultimately, we agreed terms for CRUK to take a lease of the 3rd-6th floors. Subsequently Gryphon have advised on several sublettings to absorb surplus space arising from change in working practices after Covid.
Latterly, Gryphon have been instructed to offer up to 100,000 sq ft to sublet.
